Richard Gale
Richard is ESP’s Training and Project Manager. He trained in hospitality management and before joining ESP in 1999 was a General Manager of a global restaurant and hotel chain. Richard manages and co-ordinates all aspects training for ESP. Since joining the company Richard has worked all over the UK and Europe implementing ESP systems to a variety of hospitality and leisure establishments. Richard is proud of the ESP product and therefore carries out interesting and dynamic training courses to suit all abilities. Richard is responsible for the training team and is extremely pleased with the standard of training the company is able to offer both on site and at ESP’s offices.

Peter Lane
Peter joined ESP in early 2005 and has a variety of qualifications in hospitality management, graduating from Norwich City College in July 2000. Peter joined ESP after successfully completing 2 years as Deputy Manager for a privately owned hotel and restaurant located in Norwich. Peter’s previous hospitality and ambition to learn IT systems have helped him to quickly understand the ESP product, and he is therefore able to offer clients advise on best business practises. Peter’s professionally structured training courses are full of useful information for any delegate and he prides himself on his attention to detail in everything he does.

Tony Wilson
Tony is the newest member of the ESP training team, but has the most varied background and skills. Tony has managed a variety of catering establishments before changing career and working in IT hospitality training and sales with some of ESP’s competitors. Tony is a natural trainer and since joining ESP has taken responsibility for all training needs for our largest corporate client. Tony’s controlled training courses create a relaxed environment as he can quickly identify varied abilities in knowledge, and therefore maximises learning potential.
