The ESP Property Management module provides a sophisticated tool, which is capable of simultaneously booking accommodation, leisure activities and golf from one convenient point.
Integration to ESP’s other modules, such as Food & Beverage and Retail allows the same card which opens a bedroom door to be used to charge purchases from any point of sale on the complex directly to the guest folio without any further manual intervention.
The ESP Property Management module integrates to telephony software. It automatically switches on bedroom telephones and appends charges as appropriate. On check-out, the guest is presented with one clear statement detailing all expenditure over the duration of their stay. |
